By placing an order with Onyx & Beyond, you are making an offer to purchase products or services. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders at our discretion.

Payment must be made in full before delivery of products or services, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payment through the methods specified on our website. All prices are in Canadian dollars and include applicable Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) at the current Ontario rate of 13%.

5. Delivery and Installation

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary. We will make reasonable efforts to deliver products within the estimated timeframe, but cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.

Installation services are subject to separate terms and conditions which will be provided before installation commences.

6. Returns and Refunds

Custom-cut stone products cannot be returned unless damaged or defective. Stock items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition and packaging, in accordance with Ontario’s Consumer Protection Act.

Refunds will be processed within 15 business days of receiving the returned product or confirming the defect, as per Ontario consumer protection regulations.

7. Warranties

We provide warranties on our products as specified at the time of purchase. Natural variations in stone products such as color, veining, and texture are not considered defects.

All warranties are void if the product has been misused, improperly maintained, or altered.

These warranties are in addition to your rights under the Ontario Consumer Protection Act and the Sale of Goods Act, which provide statutory warranties that the goods must be of merchantable quality, reasonably fit for their intended purpose, and as described.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Onyx & Beyond or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or republish any content from our website without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability
